Terms of Service

1. Service Description

MoltBot Cloud provides pre-configured AI agent virtual machines (VMs) for software development. Our service includes access to multiple LLM models, agent orchestration tools, and persistent memory infrastructure.

2. Account & Billing

By subscribing to MoltBot Cloud, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan (Base $49/mo, Swarm $149/mo, or Enterprise $299/mo). All subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MoltBot Cloud for:

• Generating malicious code, malware, or exploits
• Unauthorized access to third-party systems
• Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Cryptocurrency mining or unrelated compute workloads

4. Data & Code Ownership

You own all code and data generated using MoltBot Cloud. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your outputs. Your VM workspace is isolated and accessible only to you.

5. Service Level

We target 99.5% uptime for all services. Planned maintenance windows are communicated 24 hours in advance. Self-healing infrastructure automatically restarts failed services.

6. Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on referred customers. Self-referrals are prohibited. Commissions are paid monthly with a $25 minimum threshold. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoltBot Cloud is provided "as is." We are not liable for code quality, AI model outputs, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address, selected plan, referral codes
• Usage data: Page views, signup clicks, feature usage (anonymized)
• VM data: Your code, agent outputs, and workspace files (stored on your VM only)

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to: provide the service, send drip emails you opted into, track attribution for affiliates, and improve our platform. We do not use your code or agent outputs to train AI models.

3. Data Storage

Account and analytics data is stored on our backend servers (Vercel). VM workspace data is stored on your dedicated VM and is not accessible to other users or MoltBot staff without your permission.

4. Third Parties

We share data with: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (backend hosting), and LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, NVIDIA) only as needed to process your prompts. We do not sell your data.

5. Your Rights

You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us. Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email or the /api/email/unsubscribe endpoint. GDPR and CCPA requests are honored within 30 days.
