When you use MoltBot Cloud, we collect:

• Account Data: Email address, name, and billing information provided during signup.
• Usage Data: API calls, model usage metrics, agent activity logs, and session metadata for billing and diagnostics.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and performance optimization.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and maintain the MoltBot Cloud service
• Process billing and payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, security notices)
• Improve platform performance and reliability
• Detect and prevent abuse or security threats

3. Your Code & Agent Data

Your code stays on your VM. MoltBot Cloud provides dedicated virtual machines — your source code, agent outputs, and workspace data remain on your isolated instance. We do not access, read, or train on your code.

LLM API calls are routed through our gateway but are not stored beyond the active session unless you explicitly enable persistent memory features.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• LLM Providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, NVIDIA, DeepSeek, Moonshot (subject to their respective privacy policies)
• GitHub Pages — Static site hosting

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Billing records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, and isolated VM instances. See our Security page for details.
